1. Complete the SAFESTOR participation form provided with your rental contract.
 
2. Select your coverage limits.
 
3. Sign and return with your rental contract.
 
4. To enroll in SAFESTOR insurance after the rental process has been completed contact the office to submit the proper paperwork.
